Summer 2026
Interim Pastor: Rev. Timothy Seitz started working in Vasa on Sunday, June 7th. He will guide us through the steps to calling a new pastor for our congregation, and will work with us to continue Vasa's ministry.
Kids' Summer Sunday Special Time:
Kids attending church are welcome to join our Kids' Summer Special Time in the "Bride's" Room after the Children's Sermon each Sunday over the summer. A Bible story and craft/activity will feature:
July 5: Noah and the Flood
July 12: Moses in the Bullrushes
July 19: David and Goliath
July 26: Daniel and the Lion
Aug 2: Jonah and the Whale
Aug 9: The House on the Rock
Aug 16: How to Pray
Aug 23: The Lost Sheep and Lost Coin

Upcoming:
The Midsommar celebration is coming on June 28 with cinnamon rolls and coffee at Vasa at 9:30 am, outside worship service at 10 am (bring a chair), and the tractor parade starting at 11 am. Tractors will proceed to Spring Garden Lutheran Church where there will be a meal and other activities. Come and join us!!
On-going:
Tuesday Morning Coffee starts at 9:30 am. Come for some coffee, treats, and good fellowship with your neighbors.
The Swedish Museum is open to the public from May until the end of September on Sundays from 11:30-4. If you want to tour the museum but need a time other than Sunday, call the church office to arrange this.
