June 9: Last day to bring in donations for the Epilepsy fundraiser. Accepted items are: clothing, bedding, towels, shoes, belts, and purses/backpacks. Money raised will go to help fund stained glass window refurbishment.

June 22: Midsommar Celebration and 170th Anniversary of Vasa Lutheran Church

Worship service will be in the newly redecorated church at 10 am. Swedish meatball

dinner will be served at the Lutheran Center from 11-1, with a free-will donation

encouraged. Two Copper Coins will perform from 11:30-12:30 at the Lutheran Center.

The tractor parade will leave Spring Garden Lutheran Church at 11 am and drive

to Vasa. There will be games for the children starting around 12:15 pm. The

Swedish Museum will be open and the Cannon Valley Ensemble will perform

at the gazebo in the park from 1-2 pm.

July 4: Annual 4th of July parade will begin about 3 pm. There will be root beer floats

served by the Museum Committee as a fund-raiser in the park.

August 11-14: Vacation Bible School--Being Like Jesus​

For all children ages 3 through 5th grade

5:30-7 pm

Come see how you can be like Jesus in everything you do through stories, songs,

and crafts. Registration form available through this link. You can also register by 

email at office@vasalutheran.org. Registration forms will be available in church and

the church office at Vasa Lutheran Center.

On-going:

Tuesday Morning Coffee starts at 9:30 am every Tuesday. Come for some coffee,

treats, and good fellowship with your neighbors.

​

Wednesday Evening Worship at 6:15 each Wednesday evening. If you can't attend

church on Sunday, or even if you can, this is a great way to share in the Word and in Communion with friends and neighbors.
